Healing the whole person
For over a decade, I have been honored to accompany clients as they take courageous steps toward hope into deeper healing. With extensive training in trauma and attachment work, I will work creatively, compassionately, and collaboratively with you to integrate your sense of self with your story and foster greater connection with others.
I have been recognized for my strengths-based work with families. Creating a safe, supportive, environment, I engage teens toward self-expression and insight while equipping them with adaptive coping skills using Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy strategies. I join forces with parents, and we collaborate to more authentically and effectively support their child and build bridges of connection.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Maryland, as well as an educational background in music, theology, and philosophy. I am certified to provide board-approved clinical supervision as well. I enjoy working with clients from various faith traditions and incorporating the Christian faith into therapy if desired. As a practicing Catholic, I love and am humbled to do this work in tandem with the Holy Spirit to help people become more fully alive.
